1. About Veridico Research
Veridico Research is an independent research consultancy, specialising in research design, data analysis, literature review support, report writing, research publishing, academic and commercial consulting services, and more. All services provided are advisory and support-based in nature.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional research support services, inclusive of, but not exclusive to; literature review guidance and structuring (basic, scoping, systematic, etc.), quantitative and qualitative research design, methodology, and data analysis, academic and professional writing support and feedback, report writing (academic and commercial), publication and manuscript preparation assistance, and more.
All services are intended to support clients in developing their own work and understanding. Due to the varying nature of client’s needs, services can be tailored on a need’s basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to academic grades, publication acceptance, or professional success.
3. Academic Integrity & Ethical Use
Veridico Research is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity.
We do not write essays, dissertations, or assignments for submission on behalf of students, provide ghost-writing services for academic credit, complete assessed work intended to be submitted as the client’s own, or offer any other service that violates academic integrity. Our services are designed to support learning, critical thinking, and independent work.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules and policies of their academic institution or organisation.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an ever pervasive point of contention in regard to written content. We may utilise AI tools to support the efficiency of the research process. However, it is imperative to note that AI is used solely as a support tool only and not as a substitute for expert judgement, and that all outputs are reviewed, validated, and refined by a qualified professional.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own use of AI complies with relevant institutional or organisational policies in which they are situated/responsible to.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, supply all the relevant materials required for the project, ensure that submitted materials do not infringe upon any third party rights, use our services and deliverables ethically and lawfully, and accept full responsibility for any final submissions or decisions.
Veridico Research is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees for any and all work will be agreed to prior to work commencement. Prior to commencement, payment may be required in full or in part. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated prior to commencement. Works will not commence until agreed payment terms are met. Failure to make payment may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
7. Revisions & Scope
The terms of the scope of revisions will be agreed to at the outset of each project and will be limited to the original agreed scope of work. Additional revisions (works/changes) beyond the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional fees.
8. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery and timelines will be contingent upon the project scope, complexity, and client responsiveness. Estimated delivery times will be provided where possible, however, delays caused by the client (e.g. late information) may impact delivery. We do not guarantee strict deadlines unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to the commencement of works. Revisions are not included in the initial timelines.

Upon completion of the works, and payment made in full, clients are granted the right to use deliverables for their intended purpose, so long as they do so ethically and lawfully. We reserve the right to use anonymised examples for illustrative purposes unless otherwise agreed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridico Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee academic or professional outcomes. Clients are solely responsible for how they use our advice and deliverables.
